CJC-1295 is an injectable growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) peptide with drug affinity complex (DAC) or without (Modified GRF 1-29). It works by increasing growth hormone production, the size of each pulse released, bone density, immune system, new tissue growth, protein synthesis, cellular repair and reduced fat composition. CJC-1295 dosage & side effects
CJC-1295 is available as 1.8-2mg injectable vials. The compound is supplied in powder form and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water prior to use. CJC1295 with DAC is injected at 1mg twice per week and MOD GRF 1-29 at 100mcg up to 3 times per day subcutaneously using 29-gauge insulin syringes. It is stacked with growth hormone releasing peptides GHRP-2, GHRP-6 or ipamorelin at 200mcg up to 3 times per day to trigger growth hormone release. It can be cycled with anabolic steroidsdeca durabolin or testosterone enanthate at 250mg per week or trenbolone acetateat 100mg every other day to increase strength and muscle growth.
CJC-1295 increases growth hormone production that is broken down in the liver, converted to IGF-1 and results in cell proliferation. It increases the growth of both good and bad (cancer) cells in the body and can speed up cancer growth. Increased water retention, nerve compression, decreased insulin sensitivity, head rush or euphoria, itching and fatigue side effects may occur.
Method of administration
Mostly, these peptides are sold as lyophilized powder in 2mg containers. Bacteriostatic water should be mixed with the powder in order to reconstitute it. To make the dosage of 100mcg per injection, 2ml bacteriostatic water should be mixed into 2mg of lyophilized powder. This reconstituted mixture should be then injected inside the muscles or under the skin. The mixture should be kept under refrigeration at all times otherwise it will degenerate and will not be effective anymore.
The solid protocol for administration
- For pulses in the night time: Once before going to bed, and once or twice during the day.
- For anti-aging: Once before going to bed. This will restore youthful levels of the growth hormone to any individual above 40 years.
- For restorative, deep sleep: Once before going to bed.
- For fat-loss, body-building, repair of injury: Multiple doses, together with exercise and a proper diet. This will reduce fat levels and add to muscle mass.
- Multiple dosages throughout the day should be separated by at least 3 hour gaps between them.
- Ideally, these peptides should be administered on an empty stomach or only when foods containing protein have been consumed. If there are carbohydrates or fats in the stomach, they will inhibit the release of the growth hormone.
- Eating should be commenced at least 15 minutes and at most 30 minutes after the administration of the peptide. This is because by this time the release of the growth hormone would be at its peak, allowing the person to eat anything he wishes.
- Any GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone) should ideally be used with a GHRP (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide), so that a synergistic effect is achieved. So, Mod GRF 1-29 should ideally be used with peptides like Ipamorelin or GHRP-6.
